Global Resource Investments is always interested in attracting intellectual capital. Without innovative, independent thinkers, we would be nothing more than a collection of desks, phones and computers. Unlike most brokerage firms, we do not seek sales people to staff our sales department. Rather, we look for individuals with an education and/or work experience in the field of earth sciences. We believe that an account executive with this background can help identify attractive investment opportunities by supplementing the research performed by Rick Rule.  Being able to monitor the progress of exploration and development programs by properly evaluating technical information issued by companies and communicating that information to our client base is critical to our business. We don’t believe the average stockbroker possesses that capability. We are a specialty firm, and thus seek special people to work for us.

If you possess a degree in hard rock or petroleum geology/engineering, at least ten years of practical field experience in a variety of terrains with major or junior companies, and references to back it up, we would be very interested in talking to you about a career transition.
